Forresters: Clear direction.
On 2 April, Forrester Ketley & Co, Forrester Mostek, and the UK side of Forrester Boehmert all underwent a bit of a change.

From now on, we're simply known as Forresters.

We did this to make things clearer. We know that protecting intellectual property can be a complex and confusing process, but we are committed to making it as straightforward as possible.

Our new brand, and what it stands for, is all about cutting through that complexity and cutting out the confusion. It’s about providing you with practical and pragmatic advice, to ensure you have the protection you need. Advice which is given, of course, in language you'll understand.

We know that some of you found our old structures a little peculiar – if you filed at the European Patent Office, you’ll have dealt with Forrester & Boehmert, or in Russia and Central Asia, with Forrester Mostek. And, of course, with Forrester Ketley & Co, in the UK.

All very confusing.

From now on, wherever your business takes you in the world, you’ll just be dealing with Forresters. You’ll still have access to the same expertise, experience and attorneys as you did in the past - we just feel that trading under one name makes it all easier.

It's as clear and simple as that.

Making clarity a key part of our brand is a pretty bold move. We know that by being so bullish, we have set ourselves high standards to live up to. But we feel it’s a key issue that needs to be top of our agenda – and yours. If, at any time, you feel we’re not delivering the clarity we've promised, we're sure you’ll tell us, so we can put it right.

We believe that our approach puts clear, blue water between us and other firms – and we hope you think so too.

Welcome to Forresters.
